Producing quality content is the first and most important

Add Bio to Your Account

Great Post, I have seen it work for me.
Another Point to drive Traffic to your blog is by advertising it through facebook, not necessarily putting an advert but you can advertise by making a page about your blog and sharing your blog content there.

Out of all the ways you have suggested I think the best way to drive traffic to your blog is with the use of signature. We frequently use it and by simply adding a link to the blog with the signature we are actually increasing the chances to drive traffic.
